An engineer by profession, Mark has developed a career that marries a deep rooted understanding of product innovation and development with decades of international experience building businesses around technology and optimising their commercial potential.

Prior to working with Smartspeed, he was Business Development Director of Knowledge House, which specialised in helping technology-orientated companies harness resources and expertise held by the North East’s universities.
