This workshop is aimed at helping the people who
work in the area concerned to learn the tools that can help improve their
area's performance, and to help them create a plan of action to make the
necessary changes.
The first part of the workshop is designed to teach the team the tools that we will be using to analyse the work area concerned. During this session there is usually a discussion about what is happening in that area and how these tools can benefit.
Theory and Practical
Once everyone is happy with the approach we have defined, our workshop moves to the area of interest and we put the tools to use as we fact find what happens in that area of the business. The tools we use allow us to find out what activities are helping and which are distracting, which points us to what improvements we need to make.
To conclude the workshop we create an action plan that gives a step by step guide as to how the improvements need to be implemented. What's even better is that you can use the information gained from the initial analysis to verify the improvements you have made.
